You can track your THT muscle-building workouts for free from any device. Just download an app called bodyspace. (Scroll down for video instructions on how to track your THT workouts in the app). Once installed:
- Click ‘my programs’
- then click ‘find a new program’
- In the search bar, type THT
- You’ll see the my 3-day and 5-day THT routines pop up (created by user MUSCLEHACKER).
Also, there is a free Android MuscleHack App to track your THT workouts. Just go to the Play store and search for MuscleHack.
